  Scientifically, the phenomenon of bioluminescence is not new - and well researched: microbes (bacteria) organic residues on food (nice of them) and give it the green light from smooth.   Yokohama Marine Tower lit by Philips LED lights LED and Project | (0)

  Philips' full color change and high-output LED floodlight "ColorReach Powercore" will add color and dream-like glamour to the reinvigorated Yokohama Marine Tower at night. In addition to the normal ColorReach Powercore installation, this year's illumination will feature gleaming stars falling from the top of the tower through Philips' LED fixtures on the frames. Philips' "iColor Flex SLX" will be used for this LED installation. Its LED-based strand form generates unique and dynamic installations without the constraints of fixture shape or space.
